Our ode to Korean day and evening

Our ode to Korean days and nights

buoy began as a celebration of comfort — Korean desserts made with rice flour, lovingly made with rice flour and just the right amount of sweetness. Our roll cakes became a soft-spoken staple in San Francisco's dessert scene, offering familiar flavors in a new form to be enjoyed during the day.

From these humble beginnings, buoy is now drifting into new waters — evening dining experiences. Our new dinner and bar concept pairs traditional Korean drinks with playful, shareable plates. Rooted in Korean flavors and shaped by our community, buoy is here for every part of the day-gentle mornings, lively nights, and everything in between.
